i was first introduced to pokémon in 2019 through pokémon go, thanks to my partner’s enthusiasm while we were in college. at the time, i played casually, enjoying the exploration and catching pokémon on the go. however, it wasn’t until january 2026 that i fully dove into the pokémon world. inspired again by my partner’s passion for both the games and the trading cards, i decided to give it a proper try and quickly found myself completely hooked.

my very first mainline pokémon game was pokémon violet, which sparked a whole new adventure. since then, i’ve been exploring different games, discovering unique pokémon, and even dabbling in the trading card game. every battle, collection, and strategy draws me further in, and i’m excited to see where my pokémon journey goes next - and to share and track it here!
